New Ohio bill would require porn websites to verify users’ ages, criminalize underage access

Under House Bill 295, porn sites would have to use “a commercial age verification system” that requires users in Ohio to prove their identity by providing a copy of a government-issued ID card or other personal documents, such as mortgage, educational, and employment documents.
